- We set up/tear down and deliver within the city (free), outside perimeter is extra
- Weather Policy: If events are held outdoors, strong winds and/or rain may occur. Please keep in mind that we have the right to cancel if it is not safe to set up (deposit will be refunded if we do cancel) When the bouncer is already set up, there is no refunds or discounts if it starts to rain.
- Allow at least 3-5 ft of clearance space all around the bouncers (including ceiling height) to ensure there is enough space for kids to come in/out of the bouncer, blower and to make sure it is not touching anything on the property as well as any power lines (outdoor events).
- Each bouncer would require to be on its own breaker; it cannot be plugged in with anything else (speakers, fridge, etc).
- WET use bouncers, please make sure your garden hose will reach far enough to where you want the bouncer set up.
- We also cannot go more than 100′, please make sure where you want the bouncer set up will be close enough to reach the outlet. If there is no power, or if an event is held at the park, a generator is required and would be an additional $80+gst.
- If events are held at the park, please make sure you have the proper permit to have us come out and set up a bouncy castle at your event.
- We will not set up if there is any underground sprinklers or any underground lines. We do stake the bouncer into the ground (about 18″ down), please make sure there aren’t any before booking.
- We may charge $80 per bouncer if we are not allowed to stake down (depending how far we have to go), please msg for more info on this.
- $40 per additional hour
- We are licensed and insured.
